村で何度も軽蔑された花屋のルニは、家庭菜園を一生懸命世話してくれる巨人の女性を探すことにした。
ルニの目的は至ってシンプル。巨人を助ける代わりに、誰もが自分を尊敬するようになる方法を学ぶことだった。

そんな中、どんな人間でも巨人に変えることができる秘密のビタミンホエイを有する勇敢な退役戦士、レディー・ブレログに出会う。

しかし変身プロセスはル二が夢にも思わなかった経験となる。
